What ends up in the truck

- Damaged fence panels and gate sections
- Washed-in gravel and decomposed granite, shovelled back or removed
A large share of it is not even yours. Wind does not respect property lines,
and once it is on your gravel it is your violation.
Why access sets the price, not the pile
Debris is priced by what it takes to load and haul. The distance between the
pile and the truck is the single biggest factor, which is why we ask for a
photo of the gate and side path rather than just the mess.
A front yard next to the kerb is straightforward. The identical pile behind a
locked side gate, up three steps, through a narrow run, is a different job.
Do not tidy it first
Two reasons. Moving storm debris twice is our work, not yours — palm
fronds are heavy, spiny and full of surprises. And if there is any chance of an
insurance claim, the debris is your evidence until it is photographed.
Take pictures before anything is touched, from more than one direction.
The HOA clock
Associations issue a wave of landscaping violations after the first serious
storm of the season — cleanup requests rise
35 to 40 percent in the following four weeks.
Most notices give 10 to 14 days.
If you are holding one, say so when you message. We move deadline jobs up the
list and can provide a written note of what was removed and when, which is
normally what an association wants to close the file.
How we work
One visit wherever possible. We bring the truck, load by hand, and sweep or
blow the area down before we go. You should not be able to tell where the pile
was.
We also do HOA and property-manager work across multiple properties —
send photos of the worst of it and tell us how many addresses.
