Carport, Patio Cover and Fence Cleanup in Phoenix

Carports and patio covers catch wind like a sail. When one
lets go it usually takes the posts, the gutter and a section of fence with it.

We are the cleanup crew, not the builder. We remove what is broken so
whoever is rebuilding can see what they are actually working with — and so
your yard is not a hazard in the meantime.

What we clear

  • Bent or collapsed metal carports and awnings
  • Torn shade sails, canopies and pergola timbers
  • Fence panels, gates and posts snapped at ground level
  • Block wall that has come down, broken up and carted out
  • Twisted gutter, flashing and trim from ground level

Clear first, quote second

It sounds backwards, but clearing the wreckage almost always gets you a
sharper repair quote. A builder standing in a pile of twisted steel is pricing
uncertainty. A builder looking at bare posts and a clean slab is pricing the
actual job.

It also stops the damage spreading. A half-attached carport panel moves in
every gust and takes more of the structure with it each time.

Talk to your insurer before we haul

This is the one case where we ask people to pause. Some insurers want to
inspect structural damage before it is cleared, and once it is on our truck it
cannot be un-hauled.

Photograph everything from several angles, ask your insurer whether they want
to see it, then book us. If they need it left in place, we can make the area
safe without removing the evidence.

Where we stop

We do not rebuild, re-roof, rewire or lay block. Structural, roofing,
electrical and water-remediation work goes to licensed trades. We are happy to
leave the site clear and ready for them.

Common questions

Should I clear the wreckage before the insurance adjuster comes?

Photograph everything first, then ask your insurer. Some want to inspect before anything is cleared, and once it is hauled away it cannot be brought back.

Do you rebuild the carport as well?

No. We clear and haul. Structural rebuilding goes to a licensed contractor, and clearing first usually gets you a sharper quote from them.

Can you take down a block wall that came down?

Yes. We break it up and cart it out. Rebuilding the wall is a licensed trade.

Can you make it safe temporarily?

We can secure an area and cover an opening. Permanent repairs go to a licensed trade.
